2022 CAMPS are NOW FULL:

I am so sorry if you missed enrollment. It happened fast and furious.

Please know that I wish that I could add more camps, but I just have to balance the health of the land, the fairies and gnomes, and myself.

Stay WARM,

And know that my heart is full of gratitude for ALL of you that have shown interest.

Ms. Terri

Summer 2021 and Fall 2021... It's been a successful crazy Covid-2020

Hi there.

I'm not sure who goes here and when, but I thought that I'd make a quick note that the 2020-21 Covid School year has been successful... so far SOOO GOOD!

We have spent more time to our usual A LOT of time outdoors with bonfires, hikes, snacks outdoors, sledding. We also received an air purifer via a grant written by a family in the preschool. It allows a bit more confidence to be inside, I will say, "knock on wood", that we have all stayed healthy and strong during this COVID time here in Vermont.

With that said, I want to say that I am preparing the forms and brochures for 2021-22 Summer and Fall registration &sign up for Summer Camps and the next Preschool Year.

There will be some changes, as I tend to listen to my intuition and move forward from there. So... feel free to call (802-343-0471) and/or email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. I will be reaching out to ALL those that were in Fairy and Gnome camp last year and will send out an email to you ASAP.

IT'S HAPPENING here AT MISS Terri's Morning Garden!

Be well, Stay Safe.

Ms. Terri's July 8-12: Mother Nature is popping!

Kids were hot, tired but, generally happy and willing.

Today, I realized it's been or felt like a "red week". Red energy; fire energy, red tea, red cherries, red volcanoes; so I decided today we'd paint RED and cool it off with some yellow! Phew... we needed a little cooling.
Then, we washed the Morning Garden kitchen set and cleaned all the dishes, etc... They are fresh and clean for next week.
Oh my, the Cherry Tree! Making fairy size cherry pies was a blast. Picking Cherries was even more fun and having the children "hold the ladder" was cute and... Call me crazy.
Making Sun Tea with Hibiscus flowers. The "red" was amazing and I learned the hibiscus tea is served in Mexico because it's "cooling."
Painting garden rocks, so fun to have. (I am going to get some sealer and we can share it).
Then, Whittling fresh sticks with vegetable peelers and making "fairy fencing". Sprinkler time and then the hose to see if they could jump over the water.
Of course, there is the "swing", fairy house building and beautifying,
a story and a fairy card a day.
I am amazed each week in the interest of the natural world. I call the plants, flowers, etc "the gifts of Mother Earth." Each day we are learning the gift and the story behind some "weed" that is here to help. It's been Sweet/sour Clover, Chickweed & Nettle Pesto.
Yesterday, a story about Chicory, which is growing on the roadside right now in that periwinkle blue. You can make a tea out of it. It's supposedly uplifting. The roots were made for a coffee-like drink.
They are attentive and curious.
I'm sending some photo's along, enjoy! And THANK YOU for trusting in me and allowing me to share my gifts with your children.
